The Star Cooperation becomes 100% independent by repurchasing the DaimlerChrysler shares

Berger Elektronik becomes a company of the Star Group


1999

Grouping of all competencies concerning media productions within the newly created Star Publishing GmbH. Outsourcing from the area of Global Service Parts (GSP) of the Daimler AG


1997

Creation of the Star Cooperation GmbH as a 100% subsidiary of the Daimler-Benz AG. Consulting services for the automobile industry are bundled within the division Star Consulting
